Kuflink adds IFISA loans to its lender app
Kuflink has updated its app to include Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA) investments.
The peer-to-peer property lending platform has updated the investments and portfolio section of its mobile app to allow clients to make investments in select, select IFISA, auto, auto IFISA and marketplace loans.
Kuflink has also launched a new environmental, social and governance (ESG) webpage to show its work on ESG.
The platform said the page has been built to show its key performance indicators, energy performance certificates for the head office, consumer survey results, ongoing profit and loss, taxes paid, green property developments funded and governance committees.
On the webpage, Kuflink said that it works with property developers who have an element of green, such as solar or car charges, in their loans, and will update investors on this soon.
It said the platform has electric charging points at its head office, its current office premises have an Energy Performance Certificate rating of C and within the next two years it will be moving to new purpose-built energy-efficient premises.

“We hope you enjoy them as much as we have enjoyed building them.”
Over the past few months, Kuflink has added select IFISA loans to its secondary market and outlined its focus on ESG.
