Hogan Lovells hires Bovill’s Frank Brown to lead regulatory consultancy
Global law firm Hogan Lovells has hired Frank Brown as senior director to lead its UK financial services regulatory consulting practice, which supports fintechs.
Compliance and risk specialist Brown joins from Bovill where he was head of risk and transformation and prior to that worked in senior positions at PwC and KPMG.
Hogan Lovells’ UK financial services regulatory consultancy’s clients include fintechs, crypto start-ups, large multinational banks, insurers and corporates and challenger banks.

“Since launching the financial services regulatory consulting practice in 2017, we have had an overwhelmingly positive reaction from clients who have made use of our innovative offering,” said Emily Reid, sponsor partner of the consulting practice.
“Frank’s experience of guiding firms through the regulatory maze, to take a right-sized approach to risk and reward, will help us to ensure the practice’s success and expansion.”
