Brickflow partners with map service to help developers find sites
Development finance search engine Brickflow has partnered with site-finding platform Nimbus Maps to help property developers gain faster access to property opportunities and funding.
Brickflow connects borrowers and lenders in seconds, while Nimbus Maps shares planning information and data with investors, developers and property professionals, helping them make informed decisions about a site’s viability.
Once a suitable site has been identified, developers can use the Nimbus platform to seamlessly move through to Brickflow and access a range of funding options.
Ian Humphreys, Brickflow’s co-founder and head of lending, said: “Nimbus Maps is a great fit for us and our partnership will undoubtedly benefit investors and developers as they’ll never again miss out on development opportunities due to a lack of knowledge about financing.”

Earlier this month, Brickflow revealed that it had seen a record-breaking November, with £88m worth of property developments funded via 17 developers.
