Assetz Capital hires relationship director to bridging team
Assetz Capital has appointed Adam Bluma as a relationship director to its bridging and intermediaries portfolio team.
Bluma (pictured) has joined the peer-to-peer lending platform from NatWest, where he served as team leader in real estate finance and spent 11 years working in several personal and commercial banking roles.
At Assetz Capital he will support colleagues and brokers across the UK from his base in the North West.

“Assetz Capital’s ambition drew me to the business, and I’ve felt that ambition in abundance in my first few days with the company,” Bluma said.
“I’m really looking forward to making an impact on the intermediary market with our real-world lending solutions, and helping the team to achieve great results.”

“Adam fulfils a key role in our growing bridging team and shares in our growth ambitions, so we are delighted to welcome him to Assetz Capital,” said Mark Standley, national commercial director at Assetz Capital.
“We are seeing a significant increase in short-term finance activity, so his appointment comes at a great time as we target one billion of lending per annum across all our solutions.”
This follows several recent hires to Assetz Capital’s bridging team.
In September, the platform appointed Mehwish Mirza as a senior relationship manager and in July hired two relationship directors, Laleta Buctkuar and Colin Mottram.
