Finitive names new CIO and CPO
Finitive has appointed two fintech veterans in senior roles, as the private credit marketplace seeks to grow its data-driven deal matching service.
Jon Burlinson has been named chief information officer, while Joshua Masai has been hired as chief product officer at the firm.
Burlinson was previously chief technology officer at Silicon Valley firm CRE Simple, where he designed and implemented a deal-management Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for commercial real estate, which processed more than $8bn (£5.97bn) in transactions within its first eight months.

Meanwhile, Masia was formerly vice president, head of data & analytics at iCapital Network, where he directed the firm’s strategy for the management of operational and analytical data, helping to drive the firm’s growth to $70bn in assets within three years.
Both Burlinson and Masai have experience working with artificial intelligence and robo-advice.
