FIBA launches fund finder service with Alternative Business Funding
The Financial Intermediary and Broker Association (FIBA) has launched a white label service that will connect alternative lenders with borrowers seeking commercial finance.
The product has been launched in partnership with Alternative Business Funding (ABF) and will be available exclusively to FIBA members.
The Funder Finder will give FIBA members access to lenders and products which may fall outside their usual routes for bridging, development and term commercial property finance for both purchase and refinance.

“It is now impossible to ignore the way in which technology is revolutionising the commercial finance lending sector and many advisers might be wondering how the tech revolution can possibly help their businesses,” said Adam Tyler, executive chairman of FIBA.
“I believe ABF’s platform aligns with the aims of FIBA…to introduce efficiencies to the advice process which improve outcomes for both the intermediary and their clients.”
FIBA’s membership includes residential mortgage intermediaries, commercial finance brokers, and independent financial advisers. The Funder Finder service will help to bring more alternative lenders onto their radar.
“We are delighted to be partnering with FIBA,” said Adam Tavener, ABF and Funder Finder chairman.

“Its adoption of the Funder Finder tool is a major vote of confidence in this technology, whose mission is to provide fast, fair and transparent access to finance to all businesses, no matter how large or small. Businesses that are properly tech-enabled will continue to enjoy significant benefits that flow from an enhanced customer experience and thus loyalty.
“The direction of travel is unmistakeable and progress around these kinds of automated customer journeys will continue to accelerate. Far-sighted businesses already know this and are ensuring they stay ahead, as is the case here with the Funder Finder tool providing a whole new type of technology to members and customers of FIBA.”
