Kuflink has released new features to make its deals and dashboard clearer for lenders.
The peer-to-peer property lending platform has introduced a countdown clock following feedback from investors, which shows how long available deals have until the end of their terms.
Kuflink has updated dashboards for select-invest, auto-invest and Innovative Finance (IFISA) products to give lenders a simple overview of their investments and options.
The platform has also updated its pool total deals and total value so investors can now see the total value of their pool, the amount invested across it diversified range of loans in its auto-invest product, as well as the total number of loans.
Kuflink has launched an IFISA wrapper around its ISA eligible select invest deals, has reinstalled a feature to view select deals as a list and has introduced a tool to show how much lenders have invested in select deals more clearly.
The platform has also introduced a feature to link all other tiers and tranches within a select deal as well as a feature to allow lenders to re-term their auto-invest and auto IFISA investments, which is available in the portfolio section.
In a blog post, Kuflinlk said it is also working on multi-factor authentication for an additional layer of security on lender accounts, upgrading its proprietary pricing tool, and a segregated IFISA wallet and self-invested personal pension wallet.
The platform is developing a new feature showing borrowers who have links as individuals, shareholders or directors to other loans already on the platform, working on a tool to show at which stage each development is at and upgrading its dashboard with new features such as live charts.
Kuflink is working on implementing open banking to add an additional layer of borrower verification, to better ascertain income and expenditure as well as quickening the process.
