4th Way heralds Assetz Capital’s website security
Assetz Capital’s website is very secure compared to other peer-to-peer lending platforms, according to P2P research firm 4th Way.
4th Way said that the website’s three servers that point at the sign-in page and the registered investor area of Assetz Capital’s website are A-rated by SSL Labs. The two servers pointing at the public part of the website have the grade of A+.
The P2P research and ratings agency also noted that Assetz Capital has a valid website security certificate from a globally recognised authority and its security key is strong.
The website is not vulnerable to malware threats and there is no obviously poor encryption, 4th Way said.

The website is not blacklisted by any anti-spam groups, such as McAfee or Norton Safe Web.
It uses Amazon Web Services security measures, including the AWS firewall. A firewall is an important defence against hackers.
Assetz implements internal monitoring of its website and other systems, and uses Mimecast to monitor for external threats, 4th Way said.

Furthermore, an independent auditor reviews the platform’s infrastructure security every year.
“Assetz Capital’s website performs very well compared to other P2P lending companies and, indeed, to most websites that process personal information, financial information or financial transactions,” 4h Way said.
In 2018, Assetz Capital took the decision to introduce two-factor authentication for all lenders on its platform in order to provide another layer of security.
4th Way urged investors to use this functionality to ensure their safety.
