Sancus boosts bridging team with two new hires
Sancus has appointed two business development managers (BDMs), Emma Tempest and Saimir Kurti, to expand its bridging finance division.
The alternative finance group, which last month rebranded from GLI Finance to Sancus Lending Group, recently revealed to Peer2Peer Finance News that it was planning to expand its bridging finance capabilities and grow its UK team, to help meet its target of increasing its live loanbook to £500m over the next three years.
Both Tempest (pictured right) and Saimir Kurti (pictured centre) have experience as BDMs.
Tempest has owned her own broker business and has worked as national commercial manager for Clever Lending and BDM for Hope Capital and Together Money.
Kurti has extensive experience in short-term lending having worked as BDM for First 4 Bridging most recently. He has also previously served as a personal banker at Santander.
Sancus specialises in property bridging and development financing from £100,000 to £10m plus throughout the UK, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar and the Isle of Man with a niche in client focussed lending and extensive experience in handling more complex lending proposals.
