LandlordInvest hires new business development manager
LandlordInvest has expanded its team with the addition of bridging and mortgage specialist Michael Blessing as business development manager.
In his new role, Blessing will seek to increase loan originations and strengthen LandlordInvest’s presence in the intermediary industry.
Prior to joining LandlordInvest, Blessing was a bridging and development finance consultant at Interbridge Financial Group, a London-based bridging lender.

Before working with Interbridge, he founded a mortgage brokerage firm called Mortgage Magnet. He has also worked at Barclays and HSBC, in a range of roles dealing with both personal and business customers.
“We are delighted that Michael has chosen to join us as a business development manager,” said Filip Karadaghi, managing director of LandlordInvest.

“Michael has a good reputation in the intermediary industry combined with specialist lending skills, and we are confident that he will be able to contribute further to our growth.”
Blessing’s appointment is the latest in a spate of hiring activity within the peer-to-peer lending space.
Earlier this week, business lender Rebuildingsociety added two new non-executive directors and an adviser to its board, while the recently-rebranded Sancus Lending Group added a property expert to its board.
