VSL promotes non-executive director to chairman
The board of Victory Park Specialty Lending (VSL) has appointed non-executive director Graeme Proudfoot as chairman designate, replacing retiring Kevin Ingram.
When Ingram retires at the VSL annual general meeting (AGM), Proudfoot will succeed him as chairman.

Ingram served on the board since the initial public offering in 2015, initially as chair of the audit and valuation committee and then as chairman since December 2018.
Proudfoot was appointed to the board on 1 December 2020 and will work with Ingram to ensure a smooth handover over the next four months.

“I am honoured to have been offered the role of chairman and I look forward to helping to contribute to the company’s future success,” said Proudfoot.
