Since 2018, he has served as a bridging and development underwriter at former P2P lending platform LendInvest.

Clare started his financial services career in 1988 serving 12 years at Halifax as a premier mortgage desk manager, before working in various different lending and underwriting roles, including at Pure Bridging, United Trust Bank, UBS and Saffron Building Society.

This latest appointment follows FutureBricks hiring experienced financial consultant Michael Williamson as a director in February.

FutureBricks has previously revealed to Peer2Peer Finance News that it is working on launching an Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA) soon.

The platform has revealed it is waiting on permissions from HMRC and already has 100 of its investors on a waiting list to use the IFISA.
