Olivia Broderick – Zopa’s group general counsel and company secretary – has left the peer-to-peer lender and taken up a new position at payment platform Checkout.com.

Broderick had been with Zopa since October 2016, and until recently, she was listed company secretary on Companies House. Before joining Zopa, she spent 10 years at Barclays and Barclaycard, as head of legal and principal legal counsel respectively.
