Assetz adds another regional director to growing Scotland team
ASSETZ Capital has added another relationship director to its Scottish team, as the peer-to-peer lender continues to increase its presence in the region.
Lucie Martin has been named as a relationship director for Scotland and Northern Ireland. She will be based in Scotland, and she will focus on lending in the care home sector and expanding Assetz Capital’s business with the professional services sector.
Martin was previously head of origination for Scotland and North East England at Allied Irish Bank, and has previously worked for National Australia Bank, BNP Paribas and Westpac.

“It’s a great time to be joining the Assetz team in Scotland,” she said. “It is well-known to developers that Scotland needs more homes, so it is important that lenders such as ourselves are providing the capital they require to help meet this demand for new houses.
“With a strong background in credit and real estate investment, I believe my knowledge of the market will prove valuable as we seek out more investment opportunities across the country.”
Martin joins existing relationship directors Fraser Clark, Colin Mottram, Ian Craig, and Andrew Fraser.
