CapitalRise raffles work placements for charity

Marc Shoffman Industry News, News, Property CapitalRise, Clic Sargent, property, Shine

CAPITALRISE is selling raffle tickets for paid internships at the property investment platform, as part of a campaign to raise money for cancer charities.

The London-based firm has partnered with the ‘Cancer. We’re done’ campaign, which is raising money for charities including Shine and Clic Sargent as well as the UCL Cancer Institute by selling paid work experience placements at an array of high-growth companies.

The winners will spend a week at the company they choose, seeing how the business works, learning from members of the team and contributing to the company’s activity.

Other companies include alcohol-free beer Freestar and insuretech firm Zego.

Ticket prices start from £5 and the draw will be made on 30 April 2020 with all proceeds going to charity.

“CapitalRise is an ambitious, high-growth fintech business, serving multiple audiences across the prime property finance and investment space and this placement would suit an individual just starting out in their career and looking to boost their financial services experience,” the platform said.

“The winner could choose to spend time in one or all areas of our business, seeing how we work day to day and the exciting challenges of building a fintech business.”
