CROWDPROPERTY co-founder Mike Bristow has been appointed to the investment committee of proptech venture capital business Pi Labs.
Bristow (pictured) said the insight gained from the role would help boost his peer-to-peer property lending platform.
He is also currently a mentor and investor through Pi Labs.
“It is around a one day per month commitment and I was selected given my background and expertise both as an investor and operationally in property, technology, proptech and fintech businesses,” he told Peer2Peer Finance News.
“This is alongside my full-time commitment, dedication and passion to running CrowdProperty and this even closer level of insight into the leading proptech businesses, innovations and market developments will additionally prove hugely beneficial to the development of the market-leading platform and property project lending business we are building at CrowdProperty.”
Pi Labs has backed firms such as online mortgage broker Trussle and estate agent emoov.
It invests in companies at seed stage, usually prior to a series A fundraising.
