ThinCats hires new business development director for the Midlands
THINCATS has named Chris Webb as business development director for the Midlands.
The peer-to-peer business lender said on Thursday that Webb (pictured) will be based between the company’s Birmingham office and the head office in Ashby.
He has over 30 years of experience in the business finance sector, most recently at the bank Santander UK, where he held the role of head of asset finance for the Midlands before joining ThinCats.
In his last role, he led a team a team of asset finance professionals providing funding to a range of quality commercial and corporate clients.

This is the latest in a flurry of new appointments at ThinCats. Earlier this week, the firm named former Barclays executive Andy Hegedus as director of underwriting and last week, it appointed former Lloyds Banking Group relationship manager Tim House as associate director for the North.
