Business valuation platform Pomanda in talks with P2P lenders
A FINTECH platform that helps business owners value their enterprise and access funding opportunities is in talks with peer-to-peer lenders to bring them on board.
Pomanda, which provides valuation tools, local market intelligence and information on access to funding, has told Peer2Peer Finance News that it is in discussions with a number of P2P platforms to include them in its aggregator tool.
Pomanda will act as an introducer and aggregator of funding providers connecting users with lenders and forms of funding they may not have previously considered.
Its flagship product is Pomanda CEO.

“Our research found that business owners often feel left out in the cold when it comes to managing the valuation and sale of their company,” Richard Bland, chief executive of Pomanda, said.
“Given the emotional and financial investment that owners make when creating and building a business, many believed that there must be a way of putting business owners back in the driving seat. Pomanda CEO addresses this concern and offers entrepreneurs a better understanding of their business’ worth ahead of any potential sale negotiations.
“Pomanda has built the tools that take the hard work out of developing a realistic valuation and can help businesses understand the financial factors that drive a sale price.”
Once they are comfortable with the financial data, Bland said Pomanda CEO will connect business owners with corporate advisers and potential investors, of which P2P platforms could be one option.
