RateSetter unveils rebrand
RATESETTER is the latest peer-to-peer lender to undergo a rebrand, with new slogans and website design.
The ‘big three’ platform, which launched in 2010, has retained its heritage purple colour as part of the new branding but has incorporated pink and green on its website as well.
It now has a picture of a quill morphing into a pen on its homepage, with the wording: “The quill was perfect. Until someone invented the pen. Investing and borrowing rewritten for everyone”.

RateSetter is the last of the ‘big three’ platforms to unveil a rebrand. In 2017, Funding Circle revamped its website and its ‘made to do more’ motto, while Zopa recently named itself the FeelGood Money Company, to tie in with the launch of its digital bank.
Other platforms including CrowdProperty and MarketInvoice also rebranded themselves in recent years.
RateSetter is currently offering an incentive to new investors on its website. People who invest £500 or more for a year will receive a £50 bonus, while those who invest £10,000 or more for a year will receive a £150 bonus.
