Paragon Bank finance chief joins Relendex to head lending team
FORMER Paragon Bank head of development finance, Fintan O’Riordan (pictured), has joined peer-to-peer platform Relendex to lead its lending team.
At Paragon he was responsible for forming a new lending team and growing expanding the group’s business nationwide. He has previously held roles at Nationwide, Bradford & Bingley and Barclays.
Relendex finances UK commercial and residential property, excluding owner-occupied residential. This appointment is the latest in a series of hires for the group as it works towards its target of £100m in new loans in 2019.
New appointments have include business development managers, an underwriter, and Paul Sonabend as commercial director.
