Brickowner shoots past funding target on Seedrs
PROPERTY investment platform Brickowner has exceeded its fundraising target by over £65,000 in its latest Seedrs campaign.
Brickowner, which lets investors fund property projects, was aiming to raise £150,000 on the equity crowdfunding platform.
It has now successfully raised over £216,000 from over 180 investors.

Brickowner launched in early 2017, giving individual investors access to the types of property investment opportunities it says would usually only be available to the largest investors.
As of 2018, the platform also helps property developers and asset managers onboard and manage their own investors.

Brickowner has raised £4.9m from five previous funding rounds and says the current round will be used for key hires, product development and gaining Financial Conduct Authority authorisation.
