Invest & Fund passes £30m lending milestone
PROPERTY lender Invest & Fund has passed £30m in lending, following the completion of a £5.6m residential development facility.
“We passed £25m in total lending in late October,” Invest & Fund’s co-founder and chief executive David Turner (pictured) said.
“Our most recent development deal takes us above £30m, showcasing our ability to find and deliver development and bridging loans from £250k right up to and beyond the £5m mark.”

The platform specializes in residential property development finance which has been valued at between £250,000 and £5m. The latest deal was funded by the Invest & Fund’s institutional lender base, although the platform is also open to investments from individuals and brokers. Since December 2015, individual and institutional lenders have also traded more than £11m on the resale marketplace.
Earlier this year, Invest & Fund became the latest alternative lender to win full authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority.
It has recently expanded its team by appointing new business development managers in London, the midlands and North-West England.
